I get questions all the time about weight loss, but I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. I usually turn down questions like this and refer readers to their physician. I highly recommend you see your own doctor. I was asked to review a book by Dr. Berg about fat burning, which I was interested in and will share some thoughts below.
